AI-Powered Job Search Platform

The challenge

An HR technology startup wanted to build an AI-powered job search platform specifically designed for the Indian market — connecting skilled job seekers with employers across sectors. The platform needed to go beyond simple keyword matching to deliver intelligent job recommendations, resume parsing, and employer analytics — all on a timeline that would hit the market before the competition.

What we built

We designed and delivered the full platform in 14 weeks — job seeker app, employer portal, AI matching engine, and admin dashboard:

• Job seeker web app with profile builder, AI-powered job recommendations, and one-click apply workflow
• AI resume parsing engine that extracts structured skills, experience, and education data from uploaded CVs
• ML job-candidate matching algorithm using semantic similarity, skill graph matching, and historical placement data
• Employer portal with applicant tracking, candidate scoring, and interview scheduling integration
• AI-powered job description generator helping employers write better, more inclusive job postings
• Real-time notification system for job matches, application status, and interview invitations
• Admin analytics dashboard tracking platform health, conversion rates, and matching effectiveness

The results

The platform launched on schedule with strong early adoption. Within 6 months, 100,000+ job seekers had registered and 5,000+ employer listings were live. The AI matching engine achieved a 3× improvement in application-to-interview conversion rate compared to keyword-based matching — validating the core product hypothesis that better matching drives better outcomes for both sides of the marketplace.
