The challenge

A mid-size industrial manufacturer with 150 employees was running its procurement, inventory, quality inspection, and production reporting processes almost entirely on spreadsheets and manual workflows. Operations managers were spending 3 hours per day on data reconciliation, inventory discrepancies were causing production delays, and quality reports were being compiled manually from paper checklists.

What we built

Over 12 weeks, we designed and deployed an integrated process automation platform covering four core operational areas:

  • Automated procurement workflow — purchase order generation, supplier communication, and delivery tracking all automated with AI-assisted exception handling
  • Real-time inventory management system with automatic reorder triggers and demand-based forecasting
  • Digital quality inspection system with tablet-based checklists, photo documentation, and automated defect reporting
  • Production reporting dashboard that aggregates data from all systems and generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports automatically

The results

Within 4 weeks of go-live, 50% of all manual operational work had been eliminated. The operations team reclaimed an estimated 15 hours per week per manager. Production delays due to inventory issues dropped by 70%. The company achieved full ROI on the project investment within 6 months of deployment.

From strategy workshop to live product in 12 weeks. The automation platform they built eliminated 50% of our manual operations overnight. Best technology investment we have made.
